Patrick Morales - Business Manager

With over 10 years of work experience in management, Patrick is a highly accomplished general manager and results driven professional with a proven track record of leading and empowering high performing teams.

Patrick has lead several business expansions and refreshes in the service and trade sector. Have played a crucial part in establishing, growing and ensuring the success of these organisations by spearheading the transformative efforts to create more structured and efficient operations while carefully preserving their core values and identity.

Jane Tang

Service Coordinator

Jane is a young professional with a background in property management and service coordination. Her positive and friendly personality makes her a great asset to the office. She’s also the person in charge of the office music—so if it’s not your favourite, you know who to blame!

In her free time, Jane loves spending time with her cat, Elijah!

Craig Henry

Business Development Manager

Craig has a deep passion for property, supported by 30 years of sales experience. He's skilled in all aspects of property maintenance and has the right connections to get things done. When he's not busy developing business, you can find him relaxing at his bach on Great Barrier Island or exploring the bush searching for his lost golf balls on the golf course.

Michelle Leung

Operations Planner

Michelle has extensive experience in operations planning, specialising in improving efficiency and optimising workflows. Her time managing operations for a retirement village has given her valuable insight on all things property maintenance! Outside of her professional life, Michelle is a passionate foodie who  enjoys spending her personal time baking delicious treats for the office.

Marketing Manager

Our seasoned Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital design. Her expertise lies in crafting strategic brand identities and delivering creative solutions. When she’s not working her marketing magic, she’s keeping up with her kids and trying to squeeze in some Pilates because after a long day she figures if she’s going to be tangled up, it might as well be in a reformer.
